AI/Machine Learning Engineer
About the Company
An AI/ML Engineer is a specialized developer who builds and deploys artificial intelligence models to solve complex business problems. You are at the forefront of the technological revolution, creating systems that can learn, predict, and automate decision-making processes. This role involves working with massive amounts of data to train algorithms that power features like recommendation engines, image recognition, and natural language processing. In the current 2025 market, your ability to integrate AI into existing business workflows is one of the most valuable skills in the world. You are the visionary turning science fiction concepts into practical digital tools.
Job Description
You will research, design, and implement machine learning models and artificial intelligence algorithms tailored to specific business needs. Your daily work includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, and selecting the appropriate algorithms for training the models. You are responsible for running tests and experiments to evaluate the accuracy and performance of your AI systems. Once a model is finalized, you will manage its deployment into production environments and monitor its performance over time to prevent model drift. Additionally, you will stay current with the latest AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques to maintain the company’s competitive advantage.
Requirements
A strong background in mathematics, specifically linear algebra, calculus, and statistics, is fundamental for understanding ML algorithms. You must be highly proficient in programming languages like Python or R, and familiar with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Experience in working with large datasets and big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop is a significant advantage. You should have a solid understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. A Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field is often preferred for high-level research and engineering roles.
