Job Description
You will lead the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to find the best fit for open roles. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive remote onboarding program that makes new employees feel welcome and prepared. You will manage employee relations, providing a safe space for staff to discuss concerns and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring the company stays compliant with international labor laws is a core part of your administrative duties. You will also oversee performance review cycles and contribute to the development of employee training and wellness programs.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related social science field is required for this position. You should have at least three years of professional HR experience, preferably within a tech or remote-first company. Professional certifications like CIPM, SHRM-CP, or PHR are highly valued and often preferred by top employers. Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is necessary for managing the recruitment and employee database. You must possess high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to navigate complex sensitive situations with empathy.
